License Agreements

• Basic License (MP3): Non-exclusive contract.
  dorīmu will still maintain ownership of the master recording and underlying composition, and be allowed to sell the same beat an unlimited amount of times until it has been sold via the exclusive, "Ultimate" license.
  Furthermore, dorīmu will have the exclusive right to claim YouTube Content ID for all tracks that use this beat and own a piece of the composition in each new track that is created with it.

• Ultimate (MP3 + WAV + Stems): Exclusive contract.
  The ownership of the master recording of the beat is transferred from dorīmu to the person buying it, meaning that all proceeds generated from the master after the purchase will go to the new owner.
  However, dorīmu will still maintain ownership of the underlying composition of the beat and get a piece of the publishing from the new track.
  Furthermore, all previous customers that purchased Non-Exclusive licenses of the beat can still monetize their tracks under the conditions of the license the respective person purchased.
